Because THAT is exactly what it is when you are going through difficult times, and you have to pick yourself up by the bootstraps and be forced to go into the office and deal with things like..… the job itself, office politics, pressure, deadlines, performance, etc, on top of all your personal mental and emotional problems in your life.
