As a single parent, I’ve had to juggle his complex health needs with family responsibilities, work, and personal life, often at the cost of my own well-being. Through therapy, I’ve confronted past issues, established healthy boundaries, got my ADHD under control and learned to embrace my mental health journey as a badge of honor.

As a caregiver, I am committed to sharing my experiences, insights, and resources to assist others in prioritizing their well-being while caring for a loved one. Here, we will engage in open discussions, provide guidance, and share tips based on my personal journey. Together, we will turn life's challenges into opportunities for growth, ensuring every moment counts.
